1 · What discounts do you offer? Points system

At Duendeo, if you're a regular customer or place big orders, you are rewarded. Because for each paper book you order, you'll receive another point in your profile. And it'll be stored there so you can use it whenever you want.

You'll be able to use your points in the order which earns these points, or another time in future orders.

- In exchange for 4 points, you can claim "free shipping". 

- In exchange for 10 points, you'll receive one of the paperback copies that you ordered for free. That means that if your order groups ten books together, one paperback is free, if you like. And if you have 20 points, that's 2. Or you can pay for them all, and use this discount on copies of another story.

- In exchange for 18 points, you get a free hardcover copy. In any of the two sizes.

2 · Can I share my points?

Points are personal and non-transferable, they cannot be shared. They're a prize for your loyalty and orders, so that you can use them whenever you want to. But nothing's stopping you from making an order for someone else, and taking advantage of your account's discount, if you want.
